Collaborations That Amplified Kindness
This year, collaborations were our keys to expanding the impact. We’ve strengthened our partnerships with incredible changemakers by either having them write or speak at the aidbees platform. From covering Virali Modi, India’s first wheelchair model to celebrating International Peace Day with Ruchika Bahl, each collaboration gave a new aspect to understanding kindness. We cherish authors like Ulrike Reinhard and various school leaders who penned down their valuable insights for aidbees.

Real Stories, Real Voices. Real Impact
One of my favourite memories from 2024 has been the voices from people across the country on our platform. Through the voices of those on the ground— our partner NGOs, and everyday heroes—we’ve shown what real impact looks like. From covering the Padma Shri winners and their life stories to curating a list of activists from various causes, aidbees has shown why these stories need to be heard. Be it a rural woman opening her own general store in Rajasthan to underprivileged youngsters making it to colleges, these stories have filled my heart with joy and gratitude.
These are not just stories; they are living proof of the difference kindness can make. I’m proud that aidbees has become a platform for these voices, helping amplify the work that so many incredible people & our partner NGOs are doing every day, touching lives!
Running & Philanthropy: Expanding Charity to Sporting Events
I’m especially thrilled with our efforts this year to integrate philanthropy into sporting events. Beyond TCSW10K, Bengaluru where we broke our own record from 2023 and raised Rs. 3.5 Crores with 75+ NGOs, we also saw aidbees shining through at the Adani Ahmedabad Marathon, where new seeds of Philanthropy were sown by our association. Pushing the idea that running can be a powerful vehicle for change, we are proudly breaking the glass ceiling for strengthening charity at sporting events.
aidbees has seen firsthand how philanthropy can be woven into these events, creating a movement that combines fitness goals with giving for a cause. It’s exciting to be a part of this shift, and I can’t wait to see where it goes next, as we soar high on our pursuit to bringing in more NGOs to associate with.
Spreading Kindness: One Step at a Time
At aidbees, we believe in the ripple effect of kindness. If you teach it to one, and the one teaches it further- that doubles the count! This year, we saw this belief come to life through our Kindness Classes, storytelling campaigns, and podcasts. The impact we’ve had has been humbling yet eye-opening. We have covered over 10,000 students from remote regions of Maharashtra through our Kindness Classes, brewing the lessons of kindness & compassions in their minds and hearts. While taking a Kindness class training myself this year, I got to realise how these children are taking home valuable lessons of language, empathy & learning acceptance.
Additionally, we hosted dignitaries from the social impact world on our aidbees Podcast and Guest Blogs, giving them a space to tell their stories and reflecting on their beliefs of kindness. When we discussed simple questions such as “What does kindness mean to you?” – I can count on so many different explanations that we received from either these podcasts or the students from our Kindness Classes- truly, like a breath of fresh air!
I’ve heard from so many of you about how our initiatives have impacted lives, and honestly, it’s these moments that keep us going. Kindness isn’t just a buzzword anymore—it’s a movement, and we are so proud to be a front runner in promoting this sentiment of compassion
A Small Team with a Big Heart & Bigger Efforts
I’ll pour my heart out here and mention that as a small team, we’ve faced our fair share of challenges. Managing large events, handling a growing community, and maintaining our energy through hectic days—it’s not easy. But what has inspired me this year is that a small team can make a massive impact when there’s heart and passion behind it.
Together, we’ve managed to grow organically, gaining over 1000 followers and 21.5k profile views on Instagram, and our total followers count went up to 6k followers across social channels this year, and that’s a testament to the hard work of every person involved.
This goes on to prove the dedication that each team member carries in them to conquer each challenge.
We Work Great & We Celebrate Greater!
Even with much work pressure and multitasking on the roll, we did not let our fun quotient dial down. Our team rejoiced at the lush location of Lonavala as we planned a Team offsite to cool off the work pressure. It was a family getting together to celebrate, find moments of joy & comfort while also trekking in the forts of Lonavala!
In 2024, We Grew Through The Challenges
Let’s be honest, 2024 wasn’t without its challenges. We work in a space that requires trust, long-term relationships, and a lot of patience. Being a private company in the nonprofit world sometimes feels like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. But this year, we’ve focused on building legitimacy—through transparent processes, verified partnerships, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
It’s a gradual process, but I truly believe that we’re on the right track and the trust from all of you have made me more trustful of the process.
Looking Forward: A Kinder Tomorrow
Looking ahead to 2025, I’m filled with hope. Kindness has proven to be more than just a concept—it’s a revolution that’s gaining momentum. And as I reflect on this year, I can’t help but feel excited for the future. With our amazing partners, changemakers, and supporters, I know that we’ve set foot in the right direction. There’s so much more to do, and together, we will continue to spread kindness, one action at a time.
